The staff was friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions and offering assistance when needed. The communal areas were cozy and provided a great atmosphere for socializing with other guests. the breakfast provided in the morning was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start the day.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay at the hostel. the mixed dorm room layout was not ideal as the bunks were open to the ceiling, allowing for limited privacy.

I recently stayed at Kaisu during my 5-day trip to Tokyo. The location is excellent, situated on a quiet backstreet but still within walking distance to the metro and city center. The hostel itself is beautifully designed, with a stylish lobby and bar serving delicious food and drinks. The capsules were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the staff incredibly friendly. I also enjoyed the free simple breakfast they offered. it was the best hostel experience I had in Tokyo and I would definitely stay here again.
